Patricia Whitty received her BFA in painting from Tulane University and an
MFA from Washington University. She has shown her work throughout the
country but has exhibited most often in her native New Orleans.
Her work is included in such public and corporate collections as The
New Orleans Museum of Art, The Ogden Museum of Southern Art, Louisiana
Governor's Collection, the Oklahoma Art Center, the Mississippi Museum,
and the Morris Museum, The Pan American
Life Center, Caddo Management, Freeport-McMoran, and the TJM Corporation.
The artist is listed in Who's Who in American Art, Who's Who of
American Women, and American Artists of Renown.
